Events get started Friday evening May 3th with live entertainment on stage.  Then, at 7PM the Doerun BBQ Cook-Off competition kicks into high gear.  This year featuring Rib-eye Steak and Brunswick Stew.  Winners of the steak and stew competition will be announced on the stage at 9PM. 

Saturday May 4th Festivities will kick off with our annual May Day Parade at 10am.  Opening Ceremony for May Day in Bicentennal Park will commence around 11am.  Once May Day is officially underway, there will be Singing, Performances by Local Bands and Talent, BBQ judging, Games, Karaoke, Shopping, Food, Drinks, Snacks, and Fun activities for the kids.
