First, you will need to register for the service. This is done by calling or coming by city hall and giving us your account information along with a valid email address. We will then be able to set you up to receive your future utility bills at that email address.
From then on, you will receive your monthly utility bill at the email address provided. It will contain a clickable link for you to pay your bill online. Payments can be made using any major credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or direct bank draft.
You may still pay your utility bill at city hall, but you will not receive a monthly utility bill by regular mail.
