The City of Doerun Police Department provides police services to the citizens of Doerun 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. An established law enforcement agency for decades, the Doerun Police Department staffs exceptionally trained officers to provide a broad range of services to citizens and visitors to Doerun alike. Some of the services provided by our officers include answering a vast array of calls for service, patrol and observation of the entire city, enforcement of Georgia criminal and traffic laws along with local city ordinances, collecting evidence, and testifying in court.

While the Doerun Police Department is staffed 24 hours per day, that does not mean the office is. Should you have a routine matter you may call and leave a message/voicemail if you do not reach someone via the city’s automated attendant, however ….

if you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911.
